I came across some Traveling Tips from Cebu Pacific's website.

I'll share their Baggage Guidelines with y'all in case anyone will be travelling soon, or just in case you're a curious cat like me. I've travelled a few times before, but I do it just about once a year so I always forget the baggage guidelines. LOL!

Anyways, here are the guidelines that I got from Cebu Pacific:

Baggage

Guests are allowed a free baggage allowance of 15 kg (10 kg for selected airports using ATR-72 aircraft) which covers personal effects and/ or other paraphernalia subject to the conditions and limitations contained in our Terms and Conditions of Carriage. These include sports equipment, musical instrument etc.

On top of the free baggage allowance, we allow carriage of:

Baby stroller (only if traveling with an infant)
Wheelchair (only for personal use)
Crutches (only for personal use)
We allow guests to carry one (1) piece of hand baggage to be carried on board provided that it does not exceed the dimensions 56cm x 36cm x 23cm and provided that it does not weigh more than 7 kg (5 kg for selected airports using ATR-72 aircraft). Hand baggage must fit under the seat in front of you or in the overhead bin. Contents of which can only be personal effects and can be readily opened for inspection.

On top of the one (1) piece hand baggage, we allow guests to bring the following items provided they remain in the guest’s custody during the flight:

One (1) walking stick
One (1) umbrella (depending on local airport regulations)
One (1) laptop
One (1) purse or small backpack or briefcase or camera case
Coat

Prohibited Goods

The following items are not allowed for carriage:

inflammable liquids and solids (such as paints, thinners etc)
corrosive materials (such as acid, mercury etc)
toxic and infectious substances (such as rat poison, viruses, bacteria etc)
oxidizing materials (such as bleaches etc)
radioactive materials (such as radium etc)
compressed gases (such as liquid nitrogen etc)
Liability Limitation of the Airline

Baggage Settlement

Liability for damaged baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid.

For domestic travel, the liability limit is PhP40 per kg for Checked Baggage.

For international travel, the liability limit is USD20 per kg for Checked Baggage.

The baggage is designed to protect the contents of the bag. Any damage to the exterior of the baggage, such as broken handles or wheels, or scratches are all part of normal wear and tear and the airline assumes no responsibility for these cases.

Liability for lost baggage is PhP100 per kg of Checked Baggage for domestic travel and USD20 per kg of Checked Baggage for international travel.
