Fitness: Weekly Activities

Hi everyone! Just a quick update on the weekly activities that my PT has been giving me... :)

Photo on top is the one for last week. Photo below is what I'll do this week. :) Doing fine and dandy so far! My flexibility is improving. My PT is also slowly getting me started on running.

Looking forward to a healthier and stronger body! :)
